Day-of Coordination

You've spent months planning your dream wedding and now it's time to hand off the logistics and actually enjoy your day. I step in 4-6 weeks before the wedding to review all your details, confirm vendors, and build a seamless timeline. On your wedding day, I'm there from start to finish so you don't have to think about a single thing. Travel outside Kern County is available and pricing is discussed during consultation.

Common questions
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season (spring and fall). Most couples book 6-18 months in advance. That said, I do take last-minute bookings when my schedule allows, so don't hesitate to reach out even if your date is soon.
Do you travel outside of Kern County?
Yes! I primarily serve Kern County and surrounding areas, but I'm happy to travel for the right wedding. Travel fees may apply for events outside my standard service area and we'll discuss this during your consultation.
What's included in the free consultation?
Your free consultation is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we get to know each other, talk through your vision, and figure out which package is the best fit. There's no obligation. I just want to make sure we're a great match before we commit.
Can I customize a package?
Absolutely. Every wedding is unique, and I'm happy to tailor any package to fit your specific needs and budget. We'll talk through exactly what you need during your consultation and build something that works for you.
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes, a 30% retainer fee is required to secure your date. This retainer goes toward your total package price and ensures your wedding day is reserved exclusively for you. The remaining balance is due closer to your wedding date, which we'll outline in your contract.
